I started using KeyPassXC recently to store passwords and they mentioned you can enable ssh-agent, I've also seen ssh-agent in other places too, but I've never found a clear explanation of what ssh-agent is and why you would use it? Even the Wikipedia article on it doesn't really say when you would want to use it and why. Can anyone give an example use case, and why you might want to use it with a password manager like KeePass?
