Which textbook will give me a long rundown of antimatter? I want to know everything about antimatter that there is currently to know. I'm a bachelor's in physics so already have the mathematics/physics background to understand it.

Just read some QFT book. Scattered throughout it will bring up dirac fields (fermion and antifermion fields) as well as their interaction vertices. It should also go through the quantum number reversals and how they are charged under particular theories. If it's a good book, it will explain what you need to know in group theory so don't worry when you start seeing the group notation.

Also from natural isotopes. But I wouldn't really call beta radiation "antimatter" although that's technically correct. To me, matter starts with baryons (ideally at rest).
