>>11016699Bad breath is a social construct. There is no scientific basis for what constitutes "bad breath", it is a culturally contingent (and often racist) value judgment. For example if you smelled a typical Indian or African person's breath you would definitely think it was bad at first... but really it's just different. By the same token, they would at first find your own "odorless" breath prudish and boring. It's these kinds of implicit bias that you learn to eliminate in antiracism training. It works, you should all try it.
