It'd be irrational to deny IQ differences in races. However, those differences exist because certain races have lived in different environments for centuries. Not because blacks have some specific gene(s) that makes them dumber. So while you can turn them into functioning members of society who have an IQ of at least a 100, it'd take at least a generation or two.

Sub 70 only counts as retarded if you'd normally have 100. Chimp with 10 IQ will survive in the wild without help. It's a normal chimp, not a retarded human.

I didn't say that, what I said is that in over-generations, environmental factors trump genes when it comes to intelligence. Take a 200 IQ lineage and dump it in a jungle and their descendats will eventually become 80 IQ chimps.

IF you live in a good environment the differences in IQ will increase to being more genetic. Even if the only difference between Paul and Simon is Simon is a 103 and Paul is 101. The differences are small as fuck

When people here think genetic differences is 90% in say Bulgaria (throwing out random numbers and nation) they think that 90% means BIG variation. Also when one says x% is due to environmental it's only relevant within an entire nation or one region/group and it varies.
