where he does show up as an assistant professor at carnegie mellon, but in Psychology. (badum, ching). that says he got a PhD (not sure in what) from Stanford in 1969, but unfortunately if you look for the library listing of his dissertation on the stanford library site, his doesn't exist.

it seems like this guy Terence Barrett is a conman pseud and he probably edited wikipedia with that bullshit to trick government/military idiots into giving him millions of dollars
