>>11011631In the US, at least, oil is used mostly for transportation, which nuclear can't really help, unless you think Elon can find enough Lithium to make million-mile batteries for a hundred million vehicles.
Tragically, the one thing nuclear could replace is natural gas power plants (and what's left of coal), but we're getting so much natural gas as a byproduct of oil drilling that it's getting sold to the power plants for almost nothing right now.
