To be fair, since 1967 when they redefined all units of measurement around light behavior the math now (forcibly) adds up.

Also, photons are real and have volume and are mechanically spinning, colliding, and all that fun poolball stuff.

Also, magnetism is polarized spin coherence.

yeah wouldn't the time experienced for the FTL mover be an imaginary number according to the time dilation equations, not negative? i know you can use FTL for backwards time travel (from some frames of reference you would be going back in time, not from your own though. But you could eventually arrive at your own past) but Kaku talks like it's simply an extrapolation of how you experience less and less time as you move faster and none at all when you move at the speed of light.
