What mammals have females that are just as large and strong, or even larger and stronger, than their male counterparts? What evolutionary factors led to this? What advantages and disadvantages does it provide?

If I remember correctly, mammals are the only class of animals where males are usually larger, but there are plenty of mammals with big girls and smaller boys.

Whales, Hyenas, smaller mammals like shrews and hamsters, and many others feature bigger females. Then there are species like dogs where they are the same size.
Evolutionary factors would most likely be any form of sexual selection where females choose small males in order to be dominant, or where females give birth in litters so absolute size is important for gestating more offspring so the females need to be bigger whereas males don't so there's no point in wasting resources on making males larger than females. In species with tournament male competition, males will become larger than females. In monogamous species, females will become larger than males.

None really. Mammals are mostly polygamous. Males competing for females in a winner takes all fashion. So males have to be big

A lot of men (like my dad) see their sons as rivals. My dad has always tried to sabotage me and gives me bad advice or tries to get me into bad straits. It’s a thing. It’s more of a thing the more insecure the male is but obviously in the wild things are far more insecure than in a suburb.

I believe it. Both of my parents seem envious of the oportunities available to my generation compared with their own.
Being a male is highly competitive as our ability to reproduce is not restricted by a term of pregnancy. In the wild with less social constraints this behaviour is much more apparent.

On larger females... There are advantages to reproduction for females which come with larger size. They are more capable of protecting themselves while pregnant and also having a larger size allows for greater energy storage to ensure survival of the offspring through times of lower food availability.
There are other reasons specific to particular species of course.

It's called "tournament selection" just look it up. Whenever you watch nature documentaries Big Dave Attenborough is going to at some point introduce a species where "clans consist of many females watched over by a single male".

I don't fully remember. The female stays with the nest to fight off other birds of prey. She is larger. The male is smaller and more agile. He does the fishing, bringing food back to the nest. His agility helps him to avoid eagles who will try to catch him and steal his fish.
A very interesting bird. I like them a lot. I'm sure I have missed some things.
