Consider that there is no way to measure it without interacting with it.
Ie observing it is changing it.
"Thats because your using photons to measure it, use something else"
Lets say we even use gravity somehow to measure some quantum particles position with some gravitational field detector of insane sensitvity.
The very fact that the detector itself presumably has mass.. Affects the quantum particle and thus influnces it.
It appears the only way NOT to influence it in real time is to simply not exist.
So observer is a pretty human term. The more universally accurate term is the quantum particles behaviour is influenced by the mere existence of the universe around it.
