It means that the amount of active doses you would need to take for marijuana to be lethal is an order of magnitude higher than, say, caffeine. Now the data in this may not be exactly right, I don't know the active and lethal dosis quantitively, but assuming the datapoints are right, the implication is straightforward. If you know how much to take to get high for each, psilo and Marihuana are fairly safe, others less so. It does not mean the absolute doses, quantisised in a way of your chosing, are similar in any way.
