It could be pressed into the brain to act as a second prefrontal cortex or it could replace it by cutting out the prefrontal cortex. The cons of both being that number one could cause schizophrenia while number two could cause a complete 'hack' or mind control of a persons body. All stored memory in the back and brain stem would still be in tact.
