It is still disengenuous to claim blacks are more genetically predisposed to violence when you are intentionally ignoring the caveats inherent in the data.

Compare 5% to .5%. If you took a pool of every violent person in the world, there would be 10x as many blacks as whites in that pool. 1/20 blacks you see are at a high risk to perform a violent crime versus 1/200 whites.

What you're implying is that MAOA may not work the same way in blacks and whites, perhaps due to interactions between genes.
The only way to know is to run the study on blacks. I'm sure it has been done.
Perhaps OP can provide a link to the study.

If we’re gonna play the “misusing numbers” game then why aren’t you taking into account the proportions of white versus black populations? Only 7% of the US population is black men so that means only 0.6% of the total population carries the violence gene.
