I was moderately gifted as a child, 130 ish IQ, (probably 120s now). Now coming to web dev after failing at other things, I'm trying to at least get a low paying full stack startup job.

I'm following a JavaScript curriculum and the harder algorithmic problems make my head spin and I can't seem to remember the syntax for every array method I need so I need to look them up, so I feel like I'm cheating and feel bad

What am I supposed to do to get good? This is my only chance bros.

I also get really demotivated by problems where I solved the gist of it but I get fucked by the last test case, is this normal or a sign I won't like programming? Should I stick it out or quit?
