Quick question.
Is the whole "two negative numbers multiplied give a positive number" rule the ONLY way for an algebraic equation to have more than one solution?
For example x^2 = 4 has two solutions: -2 and 2.
While x^3 = 8 has only one solution: 2.
Is there any other source of multiple solutions in algebra, except for these "even exponents" thing?
