How do you guys go about finding decent jobs, I just graduated with my BS in computer science and need to figure out how to get some work.

Falsify your resume with lots of buzzwords for the kind of job you want. If you were in college for four years, then your resume should say that you were working full time during those four years. The whole key to getting a job is having the right search terms in your resume. It doesn't matter if you really know it or not, if you can learn quickly, then on the job training will be sufficient. If you can't learn quickly, then you will probably get outed for having falsified your resume.

Well, what I did was just apply to every big multinational corp, bank, and insurance company. About 3 replied, but one moved faster than the others so now I'm with them.
