Put 5+ years of fake experience for the job you want in your resume. Then upload to Career Builder, click "quick apply" on several hundred jobs per week, and then when the recruiters start calling you, tell them you have experience and interest in everything they mention. You will eventually, probably, find a lazy hiring manager. The fake resume is the best way to get your foot in the door because the recruiters use software to find the resumes they want to look at.
The fake resume worked really good for my job search back in the day. At that time, my CV said I was honestly the best physicist in the world but I wasn't getting any job offers. Then I re-wrote my resume with a bunch of obvious, notorious lies in it, and then the phone started ringing off the hook. Since SQL is a very simple language and my recruiter buddy said it was good for jobs, I put a bunch of shit in my resume that said I was a top-tier SQL expert. I looked at the Microsoft SQL cert book for a few weeks, and then I was able to pass all the technical pre-interview screening questions. Not only that, I was a superb performer in all those SQL roles, and I probably did a lot of it better than people who actually had the experience I lied about having. For the tech screening, I had everything written down and taped to the wall in my apartment. Then when the hiring manager said, "What's the difference between WHERE and HAVING?," I was like, "Oh? Uh, WHERE vs HAVING?," ~~looks at SQL cheat sheet made~~, "Yeah, blah blah blah."
