How much is testicular replacement surgery on average and how much do / would guys sell their balls for?

Is there a resource where I can get some more details on pricing for this scientific

I understand doctors don't normally do this procedure because they continue to produce donor sperm but if that was the goal, would they accommodate such a procedure? I'm not sure who to ask.
