Unironically just khan Academy, they have really good resources for all the stuff you learn in intro biology classes. A lot of that stuff can be frusturating to learn just by reading a textbook. If youre in college just take the class

The redpill on biology is that you can learn everything and more that an undergraduate does by looking up lectures on youtube, reading scientific articles and skimming a few textbooks. Courses are only relevant when you need legitimate accreditation
