Some people are unable to understand things because of low IQ, being intellectually impaired. If you mean just uneducated, but average IQ I believe with the right source material and teachers you can become quite educated. I think the smartest people would tell you that they studied quite a lot to get to a level where they understood complex concepts. So more of the hard working humility and applying that knowledge to strengthen the pathway in your mind.
