I just had a family member released from the hospital after corrections in blood disorders. He was prescribed far too much warfarin, and his INR level was 14. Perhaps even more concerning, his haemoglobin levels were about 5g/dL. He has returned from the hospital 2 days ago but he seems to have delerium at times and hes not eating more than 500 calories the past couple days. What can I do to help him? The hospital seems ro want to release him as soon as possible, whether hes healthy or not. Im scared.
