Can I start studying multivariable calculus if I have already studied differential calculus, some linear algebra (vectors, determinants and matrices) and some integral calculus (Fundamental theorem of calculus, u sustitution)?

no, first learn how to fucking integrate. learn calculus in parametric and polar functions. then learn applications of calculus I and II. then feel free to move on to calculus III
