What if we created a blimp with solar panels on it?
Now hear me out, what if we made the blimp with hydrogen gas? Solar panels collect energy, the blimp flies into a cloud, collects some water, and turns the water into hydrogen.
I know hydrogen is dangerous, but the REAL danger in blimps is when they're on the ground. In the air there are very safe. If a hydrogen blimp is self sustaining and NEVER needs to land then it'd be very safe. You'd still need another vehicle to shuttle people from the ground onto the blimp.
