>>10995811There are apps that provide a map with the constellations. My personal favourite is "Sky Map". Most apps will also provide other info, like moon and planet position and rise and set times. It will take you a while to learn the consteallations but the winter ones are pretty easy so it's a good time to start now.
A pair of binoculars can make things a bit more fun. It's not enough to make planet details visible but you can see some star clusters a bit better.
If you want to get into astrophotography like your pic, the r/astrophotography sub is a good place to start. Just be aware that to get a good quality photo like that one you'll need to shell out anywhere from $5000 to $10,000.
