Now, I'm not saying that we should flood our countries with niggers. But at the same time, niggers are stupid because of their shitty environment, where malnutrition, diseases and dysgenic cultures are common (those were also common during pre-colonial years so it's not whitey's fault).
What I'm saying is that niggers weren't dumb from the beginning, they became dumber after generations of living in literal jungles. Now, they can be improved but it's just way too late, costly and would require a generation or two. Best just leave them alone.
