>>10992639>>10992640>>10992855>>10992875I do parkour and don't specifically train any muscle. I just do it as I like and my body follows suit. The only thing that requires tiresome effort is yoga and similar exercises to keep my body well-oiled so to speak, in good alignment so it stays healthy and effective. Nothing worse than having fucked shoulders or spine severely exacerbated by hard exercise.
Some things I notice about this pic
>only shows abs as a freakish disparity as if you wouldn't be training your whole body together>assumes eating habits, immediate like and dislike, are somehow absolute and objective for everyone and not something that you can change with ease (9 months + active lifestyle is plenty for even the most habitual)>assumes exercising is miserable when for the vast majority it makes you feel good, confident, successful, alive and invigorated>strict 3hrs a day lmao>trashy food personified as disgruntled friends that he needs to please at the cost of his higher striving lest he be socially shamed and ostracisedThe artist and people that promote this nonsense are caricatured tools of those who hate everything good and pure. It is needful for us to cull this type.
