Why does it seem like mathematicians, physicists, engineers, scientists etc. back in the 20th century were so damn smart, especially the early to mid 20th century? Can you imagine anyone today inventing a nuclear weapon, bringing us to space, etc.? Can you name anyone today being able to do any of those things?
