ive always been very skeptical that any meaningful amount of bio-active energy carriers like NAD/cAMP that are in some supplements survive in a bioactive form through the stomach and intestines and aren't used by bacteria and are actually usable by the body

and if they DO make it into the blood they'd probably just get used by immune cells or something. or they'd get used by the first gut cells they're exposed to

i probably should but not really. i have some vitamin d pills and a multivitamin bottle around but im not dilligent about taking them, cause most of them arent' absorbed anyway. supplements are mostly a waste of money and a placebo
