In theory, this should make a person smart. But if all those neurons firing off all the time happen to not contain thoughts of any actual substance or challenge. . . like in my head. . . not so much. It's a shame. At least my brain's well exercised in something, even if it's just meaningless noise.
If you're incapable of sitting down and NOT having thoughts, does that make you intelligent or stupid?
