Woo woo aside, what's the functional difference between the left and right hemispheres? Read that clenching your hand increases neural activity in the contralateral motor cortex. Would that extra activity light up nearby brain regions as well?

Look op idk if i'm a a reliable source of info. I play with my brain all the tiem, a lot of the tiem things just end up becoming visible after long hours of exercise. I can say for sure that the right side of my body gets far more electrical input from my brain. So much so it causes weird nerve pain. I've been going to the gym everyday sometimes for 5 hours to sort these nerves out. I have to work the electrical energy into the left side of my body it seems. This pretty much illuminated itself after running on the treadmill barefoot today.

Forgot to mention that clenching my left fist while running on the treadmill is what just started happening. Felt good. Felt right. Pain and torture has guided me to a weird sort of awareness

There's a great book I can suggest on the matter, it's called The Master and His Emissary. It can answer a lot of questions you might have about the specific functions of each brain hemisphere.

you've got to be fucking kidding me. If you knew anything about the somatosensory mapping on the parietal lobes, you would know that your body "lives" or rather is represented topographically, on both hemispheres equally.
