I'm trying to turn linearly forced a pin along a curve path to rotate a play around an axis that has an eccentric offset from the starting point of the pin. See pic. The blue dot slides along the slot but stays in same line and rotate the circle around the axis.

Does anyone know what this is called or where I can find equations for it so I can control speed, distance of angular rotation, etc?
