brainlet here. lets say a man uses his power to cool down an area to very cold temperatures, and then casts a lightning spell to it... does the lightning travels much "easier" compared to if the man heated up the area to very hot temperatures instead?

just read about relationship between electricty and temperature, and unsure if they apply to something complex as air. please help.
