I don't think I have microcephaly but it still looks small...

How am I dumb to be concerned about an actual issue?

Microcephaly affects people and actually does reduce their intelligence to that of a child's, so if I have a small head, even if it's not severely small, it would probably still affect my intelligence.

Online tests are literally meaningless. You could take multiple of them and score low but score high when you take a real one and vice versa. They don't inflate scores, they distort them.

There is some correlation beetween iq and brain size but it is pretty small, I remember reading that it was arround 0.2 (size also has about the same correlation).

The correlation with grey matter though is much bigger.

Seems like you're in the normal range, maybe a little below average. I'm a 7 3/4, but I feel self conscious that I have a small head because I'm so tall. Comparing yourself to actors is bad because they are typically short and have abnormally large heads (which works well for TV).
