>>10981936ah yes chemistry, the art of memorization. very impressive indeed
>>10981938>view all computers as a begrudging handout to those not superior enough to embrace mathematics as God tier intellectualism? This is exactly what I was talking about. You (/and OP) are literally too stupid to grasp any arguments anymore. cumbrains just latch onto strawman arguments and then end it off with a projection masked as a vague insult. My argument was that algorithms (step by steps to get an answer) takes just about zero intelligence to complete; precisely why low-IQ folks are best tasked with factory work and women on type-writers and calculating (back when no computers were around of course). A computer is valuable to complete trivial and otherwise monotonous and burdensome calculations, but to rely on it to solve calc 2 nonsense is just plain stupidity and perhaps more likely a reslut (intentionally mispelt- it looks nice, what can I say) of low intelligence.
Infinite series are important later on, so too are taylor expansions, and not to learn them is to rob yourself of great tools for the future. If this stance is elitism in your view (or self-loathing?) then you have little hope left
