Take that one, it's the official standard raven progressive matrices test. Measures IQ up to 95th percentile. i.e. 125 IQ. If you score above 55/60, the test won't be accurate.

Here is the official advanced progressive matrices, and should measure IQ up to the 99th percentile. i.e. 135 IQ.

I don't have the exact norms for 2019, but here is where you can find the standadization of 1979 and the 1990s

Look on google to see how much the flynn effect is per decade and subtract that amount from your IQ score. It should be anywhere from 5-10 points for 3 decades IIRC. Then once you have the percentile, put it in the calculator here:

APM score without Flynn adjustment correlates surprisingly well with my “official” IQ score (118 Full Scale, 115 on the matrices subtest). I think the Flynn effect abated towards the end of the century and even reversed afterwards. I scored 58/60 at the standard matrices though, so I suppose that one is less accurate.
