A lot of them use emollients on the skin. I guess they need them. A comedian points out that whites don't use wash cloths. Maybe they don't sweat enough in more moderate climates. Skin gets a white ashy film on it. It's probably mostly a product you smell. I haven't noticed myself but I try to respect personal space. Maybe this is something you need to work on Op.
