This is a long shot, however I wanted to ask /sci/ whether you can help me identify PBMCs in this microscope picture. I'm not looking for cell type specifically, but I wanted to make sure what I was looking at were PBMCs. Last time I tried isolating PBMCs from rat blood I got a lot of cellular debris and platelets. It looks cleaner this time, but I want to make sure what I'm looking at are not platelets.
