What kind of syndrome is this?
I know how to make a game in opengl, meaning I know what things I wish to look up on internet or book, fit them together and simply make a game. But every time I get this idea that I should know each and every function call, every maths, every performance gain tested in separate project, everything remembered by heart.

This is not just for game project. While preparing for exams I would dig deep into the subject and try to understand every inch of the subject matter.

Is this some kind of syndrome?? Please help /sci.
