Women and world domination are both complementary. But once you fuck enough you will realize women are useless(may be) . I am virgin so it is still in my motivation factor. And it is a prime factor.

Try doing 15 minutes minimum per day. Do more when you feel like it, and if you are truly interested in what you are studying you'll find yourself automatically going longer than the 15 minutes. If you have true interest in the subjects it's automatic from there on.

Why force yourself to do something if you dont want to do it? This is all a game anyway. Be like water. If you want to learn more physics or math go ahead, if you dont want to then dont. This doesnt mean you should just be a degen because you want to but you should take that that is an option. Remember we're all actors who are all manifestations of the divine in a cosmic play. Sometimes we get so into the play we forget we come from divine essence. Be present. Do what you want. This is a game.
