Can anyone explain why products like these are not immediately required a set of standards for contents and regulated so shit like this doesn't happen?

Its been known for quite awhile how vitamin e acetate works.

It's labeled safe for ingestion and as a nutrient but has a scientific record of being unsafe for inhalation but is still allowed to be added into vaping liquids.
