Stuyvesant, Bronx Science, Paly, Exeter, etc; basically produce the best robotics teams, the best science olympiad participants (which later would beat (You)r team at IMO, IPhO, IChO, or any competition you want), etc.

And even then, you're missing the point. All those "elite" schools, no matter in which country they are located, are normally full of mediocrity. Many of them are just the typical "above-average" student that takes hard classes. The really smart ones are the ones that stand out over all the mediocrity.
