But this, I really have no idea, same for the hard drive questions. Don't remember ever considering the mass of energy. I am guessing since energy is a form of mass then if you apply energy into a system then it will have a greater, although tiny, extra mass as a result, and therefore weigh slightly more. But I am guessing there is something I haven't taken into account or am being fundamentally retarded about.
With the hard drive I am guessing it will not make any difference to the mass since you are not adding energy, just rearranging information ( which would take energy to do, but wouldn't actually reside in the hard drive once the process had been completed )
