If we are building bridges and skyscrapers, It is better to have somebody slow and 95 percent right than it would be to have one fast and 80 percent correct. A better military genius may be wrong half the time but decisions so quick that they are made in advance. Some actual retarded people may have a trustworthy character and methodically learn everything there is to know about their trade. The numbers are worthless without a personality attached.
