"The Art of Writing Reasonable Organic Reaction Mechanisms" by Grossman is excellent.
If I still had a chemdraw license I'd be better able to help you.
1) a) Protonate expoxide
b) open epoxide to get tertiary carbocation
c) 1,2 methyl shift to give a different tertiary carbocation
d) form carbonyl (use a lone pr at O to do whit) and simultaneously break open the 6 membered ring and form the alkene
e) deprotonate at O to get neutral product.
The other two problems are even easier.
