Is it possible for a 31 year old who just started playing chess become a professional Grand Master? I seem to be defeated by someone who is of less intelligence during my time in the loony bin. This fellow is always talking about the same things and doesn’t talk about deep subjects like philosophy or politics. He always talks about his psychotic episodes.
I’m just mortified that someone of less acumen can destroy me at chess. I’m chess blind.
