The aim of we wuz Khans Academy is to teach you what you want to know, not to get you to do as many problem as possible regardless of if you already understand them. Only when you fuck up a question will you have to do the exercise over again, which gives you new problems to draw from. This is a more efficient use of your time.

I'm not even sure you're using the site right. The majority of your time should be spent doing exercises, even if you watch every second of every video. There's actual exercises, not just unit tests.

higher math is interesting to me when i can see the big picture or when something is just cute. number theory has a lot of cute results, like that any integer can be expressed sum of four squares. this guy writes stuff that helps me see the bigger picture in stuff: https://www.math3ma.com/blog/what-is-galois-theory-anyway

There are plenty of problems and exercises. Especially if you're starting way down in the baby stuff you should only watch the videos if you get stuck.

Once you click through to a subsection, the exercises are in the right hand column. You're not in HS anymore so don't expect to be spoonfed.
