I know total relative frequency is always equal to 1 but after that I'm not definitely sure of how to proceed. I know there's that relative frequency is frequency/sum of all frequencies but without a total frequency given, I'm lost.

Let a be the total.
Then, (1-0.15-0.05)*a=40+24+64.
Understading why this works is trivial and left to the reader.

128 is 80% of the total since the .15 and .05 sum to 20%, from there you find that the total is 160, the .15 is 24 and the .05 is 8 then just fill in the relative frequencies
