I have a question and have no clue where to post it.

I have a webpage that's contantly updated with new data (banners, users, promo material,etc) and will be making that page into an android app (android studio and will basically use the same html just scaled down for mobile devices).

But im interested will the app be updated at the same time as the webpage? I'm in a little conflict, imo it should be changing since I'm using the same website that is just projected into the app
