hell yeah. Neutrons fuck shit up like nobody's business. Gamma rays ionize the crap out of shit. X-rays are a bit meh, but sustained exposure will probably still fuck things up eventually. Really it depends on how much radiation we're talking about, but all in all, neutrons are probably going to do the most damage with least exposure. Oh fug did your chip just have parts of it literally TRANSMUTED into something else? We use neutron radiation to dope silicon for special applications:
