Anyway I probably know at least 20-30 black engineers personally, across multiple disciplines but most are electricians and welders. They're ok and like white people they are unionized and get extremely upset when mexicans show up at the jobsite office soliciting work. The #1 cause of on the job violence is when a foreman decides to hire on some mexicans for the day, and the black workers see them. This is also how mysterious and unexplainable accidents occur because ain't nobody talking to the police except to have jose taken back home.
