Just mind how much acetaminophen you take. It can cause liver failure if you go nuts with it. Diphenhydramine (benadryl) is the sleep aid in tylenol pm. It's also a CNS depressant that can kill. Alcohol potentiates it.

Thats probably you now. Your health will never recover and you will be disabled and in pain for the rest of your life because of what you did to your liver and kidneys. Youbsay your eye whites are darkened now, thats probably because of acute liver and kidney damage. Kidneys dont just heal back bud, and they hurt when broken, a lot, so try and get on a waiting list for transplant now, but why would you even deserve that considering how little you even cared for the perfect gift that you were born with, your only body?

Depends on how young you are and whether you do this all the time. Worst case scenario is you're lightweight as fuck and you have kidney failure from all of it combined and/or seizures from the melatonin. I'm sure you'll be fine though.
